• Orders currently
accepted through our secure online shopping cart. We also accept orders by email,
mail and telephone.
• We offer secure online shopping with payment by Paypal, and we will
confirm all online order by way of email, and keep you up to date with shipping
information.
• It is also possible to order your goods, collect from our address (at
a mutually convenient time) and pay in cash or by postal order at the time you
collect your order.
• It is possible to pay by cheque, but goods will not be despatched until
we are in receipt of cleared funds.
• For your own reference please ensure that you keep a copy of your order.
• We are not currently VAT registered, and the price for each item is
the one quoted. We reserve the right to change the quoted price without notice.
• We endeavour to keep the online store as up-to-date as possible, but
there may be items that are out of stock when we receive your order. We do not
currently operate a backorder system, and if an item is out of stock at the
time you order, you will need to re-order at a later date. Please note that
newly introduced items can sometimes be difficult to restock at short notice.
• We try out best to ensure that the packaging we use protects your order,
and we will only send goods out in a pristine condition. We therefore cannot
accept liability for items that are damaged in transit. If this happens you
must contact the post office. It is always a good idea if you take a photograph
of a damaged packaging before opening it.
• Any goods that are faulty or not as described can be returned, but you
will need to contact us to be issued with an authorisation certificate number.
We cannot accept the return of goods simply because you do not like them.
• We know how frustrating it is to wait, so will do our best to despatch
your order following payment as quickly as possible.
• Please tell us immediately if you are not happy about anything.
• Your use of our online store signifies your acceptance of our full terms
and conditions.
