When something's not working, it's our philosophy to change it - we've been issuing loyalty statements with each order, but they never get redeemed, so clearly this is not a service that is valuable to our customer base, so from now on we will no longer be issuing these loyalty statements . We will the leave the redemption codes on the system until 31st December for anyone that has an existing statement, and would like to use their points. This little change, will also cut down on the amount of printing we do per order, and help the environment just a tad (after all lots of little things, will eventually add up to a big thing!). We're also considering just despatching a packing slip with each order, and emailing you a copy of the invoice, but haven't made a definitive decision on that - we'd like to know your opinions.
